Why do people get scammed?

I know I know... Many of you must be thinking, "WTH!!! I am not that dumb! I will never get scammed!" Again, are you sure?

Scams work because of 3 reasons as followed . . .

1. Scams targets EVERYONE. Regardless of how tall or short you are, how old or young you are, how rich or poor you are, how fat or fit you are, how clever or dumb you are, there is always a scam for you. The only good thing about scam is that it does not discriminate.
2. Scams look the REAL thing. The only real difference between a scam and a legitimate deal is that the scam do not deliver. A scam may even have a better sales team and marketing campaign, making them look "more real"  than the real deal.
3. Scams works on HUMAN NATURE and PSYCHOLOGY. These scammers are actually super genius. I am pretty sure if they went to college, they will get a PhD or something. They used many psychology tactics to draw you in, these include reciprocation, conformity, social proofing, scarcity, etc. 

The reasons above seem like no-brainer BUT those are precisely the reasons why people fell into the traps created by these fraudsters.

Now, you might be saying, "Wah lieu whey! I very smart one, ok?" Even then, scam does not discriminate. Maybe you haven't met one yet, but eventually there is a scam with your name written on it. And hopefully, the scam you encountered are already discussed here.

Now that we explored why do people get scammed and before we start busting all the scams out there, we will look into the different types of scams next. Does anyone know the different types of scams? Please leave your answers below
