After confirming your identity, the "lottery officials" now explained that in order for them to transfer the money overseas, they will require a processing fee and attempt to extract a payment and/or bank details on the spot.

You found a car online for a bargain. Apparently, the owner had brought his/her car back along to his/her home country, but for whatever reason, decided to sell the car back to Malaysia. On top of that and most important of all, the price is at a huge bargain.
